Based at Ipswich Library, we are currently looking for a Caretaker to cover a broad range of caretaking duties. The Caretaker’s duties will include responsibility for opening and closing buildings, library security, health and safety issues, general maintenance and distribution of materials around the building.
We need a Caretaker who can:

Please note at times this role can be physically demanding.
This position is for an average of 20 hours per week on the following work
pattern:
Week 1
Tues: 16:00-19:30 Weds: 06:30-13:00 Thurs: 13:30-18:30 (Total 14.5 hours)
Week 2
Tues: 06:30-13:00 Thurs: 06:30-13:00 Fri: 16:00-19:30 Sat: 06:30-17:30 (Total 25.5 hours)
